As a result of his hard work and dedication at Halstead Property, Ari became one of the fastest rising agents ever seen at the company. After his first year in the business in 2008, the Real Estate Board of New York presented him with one of the most prestigious awards in the industry: the coveted Rookie of the Year Award. In addition, Crain’s New York Business named Ari as one of the top five residential brokers to watch under the age of 30 in New York City in 2011. He is now an expert contributor for the Daily News with his own regular column on market trends and insights. A regular member of the well-respected Producer’s Council (top 5% of the firm), Sapphire Club, and Gold and Silver Circles at Halstead Property, Ari offers his clients a rare degree of negotiation skills, market knowledge, customer service, and sophisticated pricing and valuation expertise.
In addition to his column in the Daily News, Ari is regularly quoted in the press and is frequently called on to lecture on industry matters including panels for Chase, CitiBank, Ivy League clubs, and REBNY. Recent press contributor and listing features include: Wall Street Journal, New York Times, New York Post, Daily News, The Real Deal, CityBiz, Curbed, Brick Underground, DNAInfo, Realtor and Brownstoner. He frequently teaches at Halstead and the Real Estate Board of New York as well.
Ari holds an MBA with honors from Columbia University, a BA with honors from Vassar College, is a part-owner in a bar/restaurant in Brooklyn, and is a proud resident of Park Slope.
